Artemis Associates Consultancy Ltd is  committed to the security and fair processing of personal and/or sensitive data. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we process it thereafter in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

How do we collect it?

Where it is sent directly to us via means such as email or collected automatically via our website (e.g. items such as IP address and browser type). We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

 

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Use of Cookies

Artemis Associates does not track personal information through the use of Googles. However, Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilising other tracking technologies through Wix's services may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Why do we collect this data and how do we use it? 

We collect and process this data to help us deliver our contractual obligations only. We do not retain your data in order to  use it for direct or indirect marketing activities.

How long do we keep your data for? 

We retain data for as long as is required to fulfil our contractual obligations, and will delete it within a period specified under the terms of a contract (if stated) or at a time requested by the contractee. We reserve the right to retain such records as are required to enable us to fulfil our own financial and fiscal obligations, including for auditing purposes.
